How can I find a property to let will accept Pets?

We will be moving from the States in August with 3 pets - 2 dogs, 1 cat. How can we find an agency to work with that has already has properties that permit pets?|||check the local paper|||Search with google?|||try telling them up front that you have these babies that you WILL NOT PART WITH, and you are looking for a home that will allow you to keep them. I have found that some places will let you have some animals as long as you pay an additional deposit.
