Would you hire a stranger to take care of your pets while you are on vacation?

What if the stranger was a very responsible 15 1/2 year old girl who gets good grades, is respectful, overall a good kid and charged around $7/day for pet-sitting? And I wouldn't actually STAY in your house to take care of pets, I would drive to your house every few hours to care for pets,water plants and get mail? What if the pet-sitter planned a visit with you first to get to know you and your pet and got care instructions from you?? Would you hire this person?|||maybeee but one time a friend let someone take care of their dog and the person who took care of the dog ended up liking it so much they never got their dog back i dont really no the hole story but you should cover liek what they should eat and how much exercise the dog should get and stuff liek that|||NO WAY!!!! i would just let a best friend or a relitive. who ever is free to look after them.

|||I would consider after interviewing. I would want to know if she has pets; what kind, how many. Has she had previous experience pet sitting outside of her home, etc. If I like her and get good responses to my questions and my baby, Miracle likes her, that is a very good start.|||well first your going to need more than 7$ just to make it up in gas,charge about 20$ that is really cheap even though it might not seem like it,trust me if you just charge 7$ they will take advantage of you...|||I would take your dog to a boarding facility. Try to get one where you can see where your animal will be staying. I work at a boarding facility and I make sure the animals are being cared for properly. At least then, you would know that everything is okay.|||Im not sure, my dog is picky about ppl, if she knew the person good i would say yes|||by what you've said , yes. do you have someone who can drop in and see how things are really going?|||any references on this sitter?





other than that I would have to say I would trust her|||well if the person was just like you then i think people might but i would make sure that i interviewedthe person first
