How do you get additional Webkinz rooms without adding more pets?

My kids have four pets already, but would like other rooms and a garden, how can you get these without having to adopt more pets?|||while in your room, go to the map. On the top left of the map screen there is a buy button, click there and then pick the type of room you want to buy.
